All domestic parcels ship Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation. Express shipping option can be made upon request via hello@CAITSHEA.com

As all garments are handmade to ordering house, please allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for shipping.

CAIT SHEA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so please double check your shipping address before finalizing an order.

Shipping International

International Parcels ship First Class International.

International customers, please consider your country's customs/fees/duties/tariffs/taxes before ordering. CAIT SHEA is not responsible for any additional shipping/receiving fees.
As is the case with any international delivery, some times it will take longer than expected. Please follow up with your local customs office or postal service before sending us an email. We typically can not see anything more than what is shown on the tracking on USPS.com

If for some reason your purchase does not work out, please contact us at hello@CAITSHEA.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns of online purchases are gladly accepted within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days all sales are FINAL. Postage costs are non refundable. 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with tags, receipt, and packaging.
